The Middlesex-Essex Public Health Collaborative is comprised of the North Andover, Andover, Reading, North Reading, Haverhill, and Lynnfield Health Departments. The MEPHC is a State Action for Public Health Excellence (SAPHE) grant recipient and aims to improve the delivery of public health services across the region.
